Party Rental FAQ
Do you have special rates for the weekend?
Yes! For a 1-day rate, you may pick up your event equipment or have it delivered Thursday or Friday and return it, or have it picked, up by 5 PM on Monday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
How can I place a reservation?
To reserve, a minimum 25% of the balance is required which is non-refundable if cancelled for most equipment. Concession equipment requires full payment which is non-refundable and tents may have additional reservation requirements based on peak or off-season rentals
When is the balance due?
Any remaining balance on your order is due before delivery or when you pick up your order.
How much is delivery and pick up?
Standard services start at $75 for delivery and $75 for pickup. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Do I have to be present for delivery or pick-up?
It’s strongly recommended. If you are not able to be on-site we will email you a contract for an electronic signature. It’s less important to be there during the pick-up but it’s a good idea to be there if we need assistance locating items.
Do you pick up after business hours?
We sure do! Because of the wide range of options available it’s best to contact us directly to discuss your specific needs. After-hours pick up or delivery starts at $150 per employee required in addition to the delivery and the pick-up cost.
Do you set up the equipment?
Set up is included in the rental of staging, dance floors, and frame tents. It does not include delivery. We set up tables for $2 each and chairs for $1 each. Take-down is an additional $2 per table and $1 per chair.
Do I have to wash the dishes?
We request there be no visible signs of food remaining. Glassware can simply be rinsed out and re-inserted into the dish racks. There is a cleaning fee for each case of dishes returned with food on them.
Do you ever sell your used equipment?
All the time! Check out the Used Equipment section or contact us if you’re looking for something specific. There’s a good chance we have it!
What do I need to rent equipment?
A valid government ID and a credit card to leave on file. If you prefer to use cash, there is a security deposit that is equal to the daily rental rate to cover shortages, damages, and late returns. We do not accept personal checks.
